On this super jeep adventure we will take you to the breathtaking nature reserve named after Thor the god of thunder. This spectacular nature reserve is between the two glaciers Eyjafjallajökull and Mýrdalsjökull.

Eyjafjallajökull and Katla are the most famous volcanoes in Iceland and they formed this area. Katla lasted erupted in October 1918 and Eyjafjallajökull last erupted in March 2010. We will take you into the 2010 eruption site of Eyjafjallajökull. We will head of to the beautiful Thorsmork which is an ancient valley between three glaciers. On our way we will get a close look at Gigjajokull, an outlet glacier from Eyjafjallajokull. We will also stop at Stakkholtsgja for a short hike. This canyon is 2 kms long and 100 m deep and you will get spectacular picture view and amazing experience.

Our last stop is Seljalandsfoss waterfall where the falling stream cascades over 60 meters down from the cliff. You can also walk behind the waterfall and get a different viewing angle.
